Sound & resonance
A live sound session that lets attention settle without the need to analyse or explain.
A space where no one tells you who to be
Seven days with nothing to prove. A chance for the outside noise to grow quieter — so you can hear your own voice again.
↓The setting matters more than the programme
There are no gurus, ready-made answers, or expectations to become an improved version of yourself.
We create the conditions to step outside familiar social roles for a while, stop reacting to everything at once, and notice what is already within you.
The space is not held by expertise. It takes shape through the place, a shared rhythm, and the simple act of being there together.
What remains of me when I no longer need to constantly react, prove myself, or meet expectations?
Not another answer.
Just enough quiet to hear your own.
Signal / Noise · Çeşme · Türkiye
A seven-day Aegean retreat for a group of up to ten people: a shared house, a protected rhythm, and enough freedom to hear what is actually yours.
This is a living expression of The Space Retreat — not a packed programme, but a carefully held week of quiet mornings, movement, sea, shared meals, local journeys, and time alone.
Explore the retreat atlas↓Everyone experiences these days differently. We do not promise an outcome — only make room for something honest to emerge.
Step outside the cycle of constant reaction — to news, messages, expectations, and familiar roles.
Notice what you feel, want, and need — before the next “should” takes over.
Return home not with someone else’s system for living, but with a clearer sense of your own next step.
03 / The ordinary and the remarkable
Not perfect. Not fearless. Not people with a ready-made system of answers. Simply people who, at some point, heard their own voice clearly enough to take the next honest step.
The Aegean horizon, stone, wind, olive groves, and the sea bring attention back to the present — no explanation required.
Silence, movement, sleep, simple food, and unstructured time gradually create inner space.
A small group creates closeness without pressure: you can be together and still move at your own pace.
Sea. Stone. Wind. Road.
The landscape brings you back into your body.
One possible day
This is not a schedule to complete. Each day takes shape through the weather, the place, and the state of the people in it.
The first part of the day stays free from conversation and screens — so you can hear your own state first.
A walk, run, stretch, yoga, or simply fresh air. Everyone chooses the intensity that feels right.
We cook with music, set a long table, and only then begin to talk.
Nature, walks, the sea, rest, unplanned conversations, and enough time to be alone.
We meet the evening without words. Some days may begin earlier — on the road towards sunrise.
The morning begins not with a programme, but in the kitchen: music, fresh ingredients, the smell of coffee, and breakfast together.
One day we will visit a local market — to look, taste, and choose food. We prepare some meals together, without turning everyday life into an obligation.
The final evening is a long table, a shared dinner, and a quiet close to the week.
Not compulsory stages or a facilitated programme. More like the natural movement of the week — from crossing the threshold to returning home.
Slow down and leave the pace of everyday life outside.
Bring attention out of the head and into movement, breath, and the feeling of the place.
Distinguish your own signal from the familiar information noise.
Be with others without needing to impress, prove, or reveal yourself.
Gather what you want to carry back into everyday life.
This is not a system of control. A few shared agreements help everyone feel safe and remain themselves.
It stays with you. For most of the day, we simply ask that it remains outside your field of attention; there will be a personal window for connection.
We do not photograph others without clear consent, and personal conversations stay within the space.
You may talk, stay quiet, join, or step away. No one is required to share anything personal.
We do not compare status, results, or experience. We do not give advice unless it is requested.
No one takes your phone away — we simply move it out of the centre of attention.
In an emergency, you can always stay connected. We live together in a stone villa surrounded by greenery, with a pool, garden, shared kitchen, and enough space to move between togetherness and solitude.

10 / What remains
During The Space Retreat, we will choose and plant trees together near Çeşme — a simple, living gesture. Not a monument to ourselves, but something rooted in the place that can continue after we leave.
