Turn down the noise.
Keep the signal.

signal / noise

Not another answer.

Just enough quiet to hear your own.

What remains
when everything grows quieter.

A seven-day Aegean retreat for a group of up to ten people: a shared house, a protected rhythm, and enough freedom to hear what is actually yours.

This is a living expression of The Space Retreat — not a packed programme, but a carefully held week of quiet mornings, movement, sea, shared meals, local journeys, and time alone.

02 / Practices that may appear

Not a programme to complete.
Invitations you may accept.

Depending on the group, weather, and the people holding the practice, a day may include one of these experiences. None of them defines The Space Retreat, and none is compulsory.

01

Sound & resonance

A live sound session that lets attention settle without the need to analyse or explain.

02

Free movement

Music, dance, and unstructured movement — less choreography, more listening to the body.

03

Stillness & breath

Simple grounding through silence, breath, and bodily attention, without performance or achievement.

04

Sadhu board

Only as a separate opt-in experience with a qualified practitioner and clear safety boundaries — never as a test of willpower.

You can join, observe, or skip any practice without explanation.

03 / A living rhythm

One possible day

A light structure.
Plenty of room to breathe.

This is not a schedule to complete. Each day takes shape through the weather, the place, and the state of the people in it.

01After waking

A quiet beginning

The first part of the day stays free from conversation and screens — so you can hear your own state first.

02Morning

Movement

A walk, run, stretch, yoga, or simply fresh air. Everyone chooses the intensity that feels right.

03Together

Shared breakfast

We cook with music, set a long table, and only then begin to talk.

04Day

An open route

Nature, walks, the sea, rest, unplanned conversations, and enough time to be alone.

05Sunset

Back to quiet

We meet the evening without words. Some days may begin earlier — on the road towards sunrise.

04 / Living together

Simple things
bring us back to what is real.

The morning begins not with a programme, but in the kitchen: music, fresh ingredients, the smell of coffee, and breakfast together.

One day we will visit a local market — to look, taste, and choose food. We prepare some meals together, without turning everyday life into an obligation.

The final evening is a long table, a shared dinner, and a quiet close to the week.

05 / The inner route

Five gentle
transitions.

Not compulsory stages or a facilitated programme. More like the natural movement of the week — from crossing the threshold to returning home.

01

Threshold

Slow down and leave the pace of everyday life outside.

02

Body

Bring attention out of the head and into movement, breath, and the feeling of the place.

03

Listening

Distinguish your own signal from the familiar information noise.

04

Togetherness

Be with others without needing to impress, prove, or reveal yourself.

05

Return

Gather what you want to carry back into everyday life.

06 / Our agreements

The freedom to be yourself —
and agreements that protect it.

This is not a system of control. A few shared agreements help everyone feel safe and remain themselves.

01

Phone — not the centre

It stays with you. For most of the day, we simply ask that it remains outside your field of attention; there will be a personal window for connection.

02

Privacy

We do not photograph others without clear consent, and personal conversations stay within the space.

03

Freedom to participate

You may talk, stay quiet, join, or step away. No one is required to share anything personal.

04

No competition

We do not compare status, results, or experience. We do not give advice unless it is requested.

No one takes your phone away — we simply move it out of the centre of attention.

In an emergency, you can always stay connected.

Questions
you can set down
before you arrive.

Is this an educational programme?

No. There are no teachers, lectures, or ready-made answers about how to live correctly. Topics and conversations may emerge naturally from the state of the group.

Do I need to be connected to trading?

No. Participants come from different fields. Experience with risk, decision-making, and high information load is part of the wider context, but not the content of the retreat.

Do I need to talk a lot?

No. Closeness here does not require disclosure. You can be quietly present and choose the amount of contact that feels right.

Do I need to be physically fit?

No. Movement and routes are chosen according to ability — from a gentle walk to a longer hike.

Can I stay connected?

Yes. There will be a short personal window for messages and work questions. In an emergency, connection is always available.

Where exactly will we stay?

At Marquem Çeşme. The public site shows the space and its surroundings without publishing the address; exact arrival details are sent personally.

10 / What remains

We arrive for a week.
Something keeps growing.

During The Space Retreat, we will choose and plant trees together near Çeşme — a simple, living gesture. Not a monument to ourselves, but something rooted in the place that can continue after we leave.

One group · one shared action · a future beyond the retreat
